“The only thing standing in their way is a place to stay,” sing Kyle Hutton and Del Rio native Radney Foster on their new EP titled, “The Foster.” The music duo produced the four-track EP for the sole purpose to benefit children in Texas’ foster care system.

According to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, about 16,000 children are currently in the Texas foster care system and 4,000 of those children are adoption eligible. Although the numbers are overwhelming, Foster said he hopes the EP will make a difference for Texas foster children.
